Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Sports Predictor and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Predictor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
